Ingredients: 1 chicken, cut into large pieces 1 duck, cut into large pieces 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 onions, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon grated ginger 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 2 cups chicken broth 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 8 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions:

In a large Dutch oven or stockpot over medium heat, heat the oil until hot. Add the chicken and duck, and cook until browned on all sides. Add the onions, garlic, ginger, flour, chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour. Serve over steamed rice and garnish with green onions.
